Meeting Copilot guides
Can AI tell me what to say on a sales call?
Yes. A meeting copilot transcribes the customer's questions and finds answers in the proposals, price sheets and product decks you added. The materials are what matter: choose a tool that takes prices and dates only from them, and suggests saying you'll confirm when they don't cover something.
What to add before the call
SpeechShield keeps one context per customer or project and imports text PDFs, Word, RTF, plain text and Markdown files. Only the extracted text is kept, encrypted on your Mac; the original files aren't stored.
- About the customer: company, attendees and roles, where the deal stands
- The goal and agenda for this call
- Proposals, price sheets, product decks, common questions and answers
- Notes from earlier calls
During the call
- When the customer finishes, press ⌘↩︎ for a suggestion on what was just said. Both sides talk in turn, so auto-suggest starts off for meetings.
- Suggestions come as a few key points first. Numbers and commitments carry the title of the material they came from.
- If the question is about a slide or document on screen, press ⌘K to attach it to the next suggestion.
Keeping wrong numbers out
Add only the latest price sheets and policies, and replace them when they change. SpeechShield doesn't make up prices or dates that aren't in your materials; it says they're missing and suggests a question to confirm.

Is adding more material better?
Add only what you need. Your materials go to the AI with every suggestion, so too much slows things down and can exceed what can be sent. Check the amount with the bar in SpeechShield's editor.
Does customer material leave my Mac?
SpeechShield stores it encrypted on your Mac and sends it only to the AI you chose, only when making a suggestion. Nothing is kept on SpeechShield's servers.
