The service

SpeechShield provides a real-time conversation assistant through a macOS app and this website. It transcribes and translates speech in meetings, calls, lectures and interviews, and suggests talking points from documents you saved. The app works without an account using your own API key or a local CLI. SpeechShield-hosted AI requires an account.

Acceptable use

Don't use SpeechShield to:

• Get help in interviews, exams or assessments that don't allow AI assistance
• Record people without their consent, or where recording is not allowed
• Resell SpeechShield-hosted AI or call it in bulk through automation

AI output

Answers and translations produced by AI can be wrong. Check anything important yourself. SpeechShield does not guarantee job offers or any particular outcome.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically each period. Cancel anytime from your account page and keep access until the paid period ends. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Fair use

Each plan includes the SpeechShield-hosted AI minutes listed on the pricing page. If we see abnormal use, we'll contact you before limiting access.

Changes

We announce changes on this page and by email 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that work against you.
