How minutes are counted
We count the minutes SpeechShield-hosted AI spends recognizing speech, translating or drafting answers. Free resets on the 1st of each month and Pro on your billing date. Unused minutes don't roll over. When you run out, keep going with your own API key or a local CLI. Check what's left on your account page.

Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from Manage billing on your account page. You keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.
Can I get a refund?
Ask within 7 days of payment for a full refund, whether or not you used it. See the refund policy for details.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout depending on where you are. Paddle, our reseller, processes the payment and issues the receipt.
Can I pay for a team?
Not yet. Each person pays for their own plan. If you're planning to roll SpeechShield out to several people, contact us.
