Note the company, participants, your role, the goal and agenda, then paste or import proposals, price sheets and notes from PDF or Word.
Grounded in your sources
Numbers, prices, dates and commitments come only from the materials you added, tagged with the source they came from. If something isn't there, SpeechShield says so and suggests a question to ask.
Key points first
Meetings default to 3–5 short key points. Switch to full or concise at any time.
Suggestions when you ask
In meetings where both sides talk a lot, automatic suggestions start off. Press ⌘↩ for talking points on what was just said.
Slides too
Press ⌘K to capture a shared slide or document and attach it to the next suggestion. Captures are never saved to disk.

Before the meeting, create a context and add your sources. For a recurring meeting, just update the goal and agenda.
Start a Meeting session
Pick Meeting and your context in a new session. SpeechShield listens to your Mac's audio in Zoom, Meet, Teams or any other app.
Read it in the overlay or on your phone
Suggestions appear in the Mac overlay and on your phone. Your source documents are never sent to the phone.

Contexts and sources are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored only on this Mac. Original files aren't kept, only the extracted text.
Sent to the AI only when you ask
Your sources go to the AI you chose only when you ask for a suggestion. SpeechShield servers never keep them.

Some places and organizations require participants to consent to recording or transcription. Tell them first when it's needed.

Frequently asked questions
What does Meeting Copilot do?
It transcribes the meeting audio on your Mac and suggests what to say, based on the client details and materials you added. Suggestions appear in an overlay on your Mac and on your phone.
Do I need to add a bot to the meeting?
No. SpeechShield listens to the audio your Mac plays, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and browser-based meetings without any setup. Nothing joins the participant list.
What materials can I add?
Paste text, or import text-based PDFs, Word, RTF, plain text and Markdown files. Proposals, price sheets, product overviews, past meeting notes and company profiles work well.
What if I'm asked something my materials don't cover?
SpeechShield doesn't make up numbers or commitments. It tells you the materials don't cover it and suggests a question or follow-up instead.
Do I need to tell other participants?
Some places and organizations require participants to consent to recording or transcription. SpeechShield doesn't record audio by default, but it does transcribe the conversation. Letting participants know when it's needed is your responsibility.
Can I use it without a context?
Yes. Without a context, suggestions come from the conversation alone. Adding client details and materials makes them much more specific.
